A little update

We left the hospital at 6. He was very tired and ready for rest. Johnny stopped in to check up on dad and told him "you're not out of the woods but the trees are thinner." that about sums it up. He's terribly sick but there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Dad is very grateful for the care he's receiving and has a few nurses in particular who are his favorites. He let me take pictures of him and "told" me to post them. I'm not quite sure how to do that from my phone but I will work on it while siobhan sleeps. The pictures are not for the faint of heart, just to warn you.
