Greypa update....

Well, it's that time again. Dad's going into the hospital tomorrow (Wednesday) (Lenox Hill) for what will hopefully be the final surgery to end all that started last October. His surgery is scheduled for 11:30 am. It's a dual procedure- he has a GI surgeon reversing the colostomy and a plastic surgeon repairing the remainder of the wound. We're told the total operation time could be about 8 hours.

I'll keep the blog updated as I know anything. All prayers and good thoughts are appreciated!

stepping up (trying video again)

Instead of a traditional graduation type stepping up (with 130 Kindergarteners, I guess it would be a bit much) the 5 classes performed songs about rainbows for their show "The Rainbow Connection." Siobhan's class wore yellow, and Siobhan opened the show greeting faculty, parents & friends! She's come a long way from her old stage fright (of maybe 6 months ago).

I'm trying to get her to blog- it's been a LONG spring here at the Kalfur house! For now, please enjoy this musical selection :)
