Arlie's home!!!

For a limited engagement, but it's very nice to have her back for now! We just had a lovely dinner of Bob's specialty- panini's, and played some Wii music :) Tomorrow is Hairspray on Broadway :)

Dad's having a good day. He had a long talk with his surgeon who is "not unhappy" with his overall progress. The concern now overshadowing everything else is his wound. It's "huge" and scary and needs a lot of intervention. He's extremely at risk for infection. Although he may not require rehab for the physical therapy aspect of recovery, the wound is another story & may require more care than mom and visiting nurse a few times a week can provide.

We have some feelers out for good options for his after care so as things develop we'll keep everyone up to speed.
