A (hopefully) minor setback

Well, he's not coming home tomorrow. The doctors "hear a rub," whatever that means. It could mean inflammation, irritation, or at worst, infection. They're running blood cultures which could take 4 days. Ugh. So, they're going to do some tests and keep watching him. We'll know day by day.

Just when I thought I was done with "cat duty!" (((shudder)))

He sounds really good and is pretty chipper. He has been walking more and more and worked on stairs today. He's determined to sleep upstairs when he comes home so he's got to get prepared to get up the 8 stairs *to* the house and the 13 *in* the house to achieve that goal.

As always, I'll keep you all updated. I'm working and going to the dentist tomorrow, so I'll post in the evening.
